Do I need my own website to use Bookly?

No. You get your own Bookly booking page you can put in your Instagram bio, Google Business profile or send in a message. A website is optional — if you have one, the widget is added with a single line of code.

How do customers cancel an appointment?

The confirmation email contains a cancellation link. One click — the slot frees up, you get notified, and the freed slot immediately becomes available to others. No calls, no awkwardness.

Can I have multiple staff members with different working hours?

Yes. Each staff member has their own weekly hours, breaks, holidays and one-off schedule changes. When booking, customers choose a specific person or "anyone available".

What happens after the 12 months of the early-bird price?

The price moves to the regular €4 per month. No surprise increases without notice, no contract — you can cancel any time, before or after.

Can I ask customers something specific to my trade?

Yes — every service can have its own extra fields. A mechanic asks for the car make, model and license plate, a physio for insurance, a hairdresser for desired length. Fields can be text, a dropdown or a checkbox, required or optional.

How does Bookly prevent double bookings?

Availability is enforced at the database level, not just in the app. Even if two customers confirm the same slot at the exact same moment, only one goes through — the other instantly sees the slot is no longer available.

How long does setup take and do I need technical skills?
